If you are planning to reach Borgo di Pietrafitta by plane or train, we recommend hiring a car at the airport or arrival station.

From the north, drive to Florence on the A1 motorway towards Rome, take the Firenze Impruneta exit (formerly Firenze-Certosa exit) then the Florence/Siena junction, take the San Donato in Poggio exit, turn left on SP 101 towards Castellina in Chianti. Once in Castellina, turn left at the first intersection and take SR 222 towards Greve in Chianti. After about 4 km you will find a sign for ‘Borgo di Pietrafitta’ on your right.
From the south, take the A1 motorway and exit at Bettolle/Siena/Valdichiana. Continue on the ring road to Florence, exit at Badesse, follow the signs for Castellina in Chianti, drive past it and continue towards Greve in Chianti for about 4 km, you will find a sign for ‘Borgo di Pietrafitta’ on your right.

Once you reach Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence, rent a car and take the Florence/Siena ringroad. From here, follow the instructions provided in the "By car" section.

The Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence is about 53 km from the Resort. Rent a car and from the airport take the A1 motorway towards Rome, exit at Firenze Certosa and take the Florence/Siena junction, then follow the instructions in the ‘By car’ section.
